Ayla will be performing with James Montgomery again on Friday, Jan. 15, at Mechanics Hall in Worcester, Mass. This is from an article that appeared on Boston.com:

Which is exactly what Montgomery did, setting a rendezvous for next Friday at Mechanics Hall in Worcester. Montgomery is bringing along some friends, namely Brad Whitford, Barry Goudreau, and Johnny A., three premier players by any measure.

The show will be a sprawling revue, sort of like the approach Montgomery took on “From Detroit to the Delta,’’ an album due out in spring and featuring appearances by Winter, Whitford, and many others. The concert in Worcester will also feature the Uptown Horns and singer Ayla Brown joining Montgomery’s band, which has its own hotshot guitarist, George McCann.

Yep, this should be a really great show. I was looking at the website for Mechanics Hall and it looks like a really nice venue. Here's more info on the show.
