Gazeebo Concert Series set to kick off

North Attleborough - The North Attleborough Cultural Council kicks off its second annual NACC Summer Gazebo Concert Series on Tuesday, June 30 with a special pre-Fourth of July concert by the Southeastern Massachusetts Community Concert Band. The SMCCB consists of more than fifty musicians of all ages from our area, and plays a broad spectrum of big band and symphonic music. The concert is free to the public, and will begin at 7 p.m. at the Gazebo in Veteran\'s Park near the North Attleborough Town Hall. In case of rain, the concert will be held in the adjacent Community School auditorium. Snacks and beverages will be available for sale at the concert.
Future concerts in the NACC series will be held each Tuesday evening through August 25, and will feature Big Yello, Southern Rail, John Porcino, Ayla Brown, Yankee Notions, SOS Big Band, Janet Feld and the Taunton City Band. In addition, the July 21 concert is a Local Talent Showcase Night, where local musicians will be invited to perform and compete for a $100 prize. For more information on the concert series, email
